Hi – I’m Andrew. I grew up in Middletown, MD. I got my undergrad in English from UMBC. I started messing around with websites and coding in middle school, began blogging in high school, and have since founded a few online projects. I guess this is one. Here you’ll likely find me posting about the Internet in general, social media, blogging, and reflections on day-to-day life.
I try to write helpful and interesting posts, but I also strive to not let myself worry too much about stats, how many people are linking to me, etc. I think if less people worried about creating something lots of people would agree with, enjoy or subscribe to, you’d have more people getting beyond their writer’s (or whatever form they choose to take to express themselves) block and contributing more — and more genuinely, which I think is a good thing.
I work as a Social Media Administrator for a non-profit in Baltimore. I live in Frederick with my wife. Life’s good.
